Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
  • Returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation, or promotional items that were included

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our knives, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural integrity of the blade and handle
  • Manufacturing defects that impair function
  • Failures due to normal intended use

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., dull blades, scratches)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., prying, throwing, or using the knife as a screwdriver)
  • Corrosion or rust due to improper care or storage
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
